1. General Information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data includes any information that can be used to identify you personally. Detailed information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy provided below.
As the operator of this website, I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. I handle your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and this privacy policy. This privacy policy explains which data is collected and for what purpose.2. Data Collection on this Website
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator:
Lisa Babenhauserheide

How and for what purpose is your data collected?
Your data is only collected when you provide it voluntarily. Personal data sent outside this website (e.g., by email) is used exclusively to process your coaching or consulting inquiry. Providing your personal data is necessary for collaboration. This may include your name, contact information, billing address, written communication regarding appointment scheduling, and anonymized documentation regarding your concerns for preparation and follow-up of sessions. Data is only shared with third parties if legally required. Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g., via email) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection against third-party access is not possible.
Storage method and duration
Your personal data is retained until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw consent for data processing, your data will be deleted unless there are other legally permissible reasons for storage (e.g., tax or commercial retention periods); in such cases, deletion will occur once these reasons no longer apply. Data is securely stored both digitally and in paper form: digitally encrypted and physically in locked cabinets. Documentation is maintained in anonymized form.
Your rights regarding your data
Under applicable law, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data. You also have the right to request correction, restriction, or deletion of this data. By sending an email, you give your consent for the processing of your submitted data. You can revoke this consent at any time for the future. For this and any other questions regarding personal data, you can contact me at any time.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, particularly in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the location of the alleged infringement. This right exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
3. Hosting
The content of my website is hosted by: carrd.co.
External hosting is carried out to fulfill contracts with my potential and existing clients (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of providing my online services securely, quickly, and efficiently through a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technically necessary data (e.g., IP addresses, browser type, access times) are collected automatically for the provision and security of the website.
4. Data Processing via coachingspace
For any online collaboration, I use coachingspace, a GDPR-compliant video tool with servers in Germany. Connections are SSL-encrypted, data is backed up daily, and no IP addresses are stored. Sessions are not recorded; your coaching remains anonymous and confidential. A data processing agreement (DPA) ensures compliance with all data protection regulations. More information can be found in coachingspace’s privacy policy.
5. Social Media
This website may include links to third-party services (e.g., social networks). I am not responsible for their content or data protection practices. Clicking on these links does not transfer personal data to me.
6. Updates to the Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is updated as needed. The current version is always available on the website.
